This process includes us completely wiping the PC/Laptop/Mac's hard drive and starting the computer fresh again, usually in the state that it was originally purchased in. This process usually takes 2-3 days for the installation of the software, installing drivers for the specific hardware on your unit, as well as for updates to get it to the most up to date state. *Please note that your user files are not saved in this process

This process includes us completely wiping the PC/Laptop/Mac's hard drive and starting the computer fresh again, usually in the state that it was originally purchased in. Before beginning this process we back up all user files such as those files on you desktop, as well as those in your documents, pictures, music, and videos folder. If there are other locations you want to be saved please let us know before hand. This process usually takes 2-3 days for the installation of the software, backing up and restoring user files, installing drivers for the specific hardware on your unit, as well as for updates to get it to the most up to date state.*Please note that any application are not backed up in this process due to copyright purposes, please make sure you have copies of any software you want to be installed again which we can do for free if software is provided
